Interesting.  Brock said the man was chasing away geese because they make a mess.  Meanwhile the geese were sitting on the shore watching and seemed very unconcerned.

The HOA admits they are responsible for roofs but they have let them go.  The HOA claims they are not responsible for the skylights in the roofs.  This is not supported by the governing documents, but they don't care.  

I also have  leak in my living room wall they have refused to fix for over two years!

Other owners have units that look like disaster areas to me due to roof leaks and decks collapsing.

I am an owner.  Right now my unit is vacant and I am looking for a new tenant.  

I just started this board and never had a bulletin board or forum before.  Right now this board is open to everyone, but after a while there will probably be some private forums just for owners and residents.  

Why are our dues so high?  How do they compare to other condos?  Is our money being well used?
